Somewhere in Vancouver is a worker who is  concerned that some passers-by may never have a chance to attend Cirque de Soleil, much less a regular old circus, so he offers an impromptu sideshow/preview for them to enjoy as they drive  past.

Not really, but it seems like it, don't you think?

“The sidewalk was closed,” our correspondent writes, “the telehandler was running, the harness was connected, everything was going fine until the guy switched off his brain.”
